April 17, 2000 To Whom it May Concern, Rich Capparela has been producing radio spots for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Center for several seasons. Our marketing staff e-mails him suggested copy and the rest is a turn-key operation on Rich's end. We get back fully produced CDs of the spots - voiced, produced and edited by Rich. He's never missed a deadline (with some quick turnaround times thrown at him) and has consistently provided us with a quality product, often effectively enhancing the copy outlines sent to him.
